This seed is an awesome water/extreme hills place, you will find some hills that reach the layer 63, this hills has some lagoons, so you can explore all this mountains by ship!
The highest point of these mountains is at x= -11, y=116, z= 415 and it has some roses, there are some surface dungeons at the desert biome at x= -221, y= 62, z= 481 and at x= 143, y= 60, z= 653.
That giant desert has some "extreme hills" that you must explore, I found 2 Desert temples at x= 649, y= 74, z= 218 and at x= 282, y= 71, z= 653.
There are also some great hills at x= 544, y= 92, z= -111
