As usual with discovering seeds, I just happened to try some well known sayings/quotes...so while doing this I typed in the short phrase, "one time" as a seed.
As for the way this seed looks, it is an island. Mainly consisting of a woodsy tree area with short beach sand stretches around the perimeter. It has a sand bar that leads to a small sandy portion of the island. Land surrounding this island is rather distant and personally unexplored,have fun and please remember to comment and review, thank you and I hope you enjoy!

Around to the opposite side of this island from spawn, there is a fairly large cave opening with a long drop. On the inside it has a long-narrow trench, and if you travel a bit lower, you will see another opening to a larger cave system. I have not adventured much but there appears to be quite a bit of iron ore and coal. The lower depths of this cave system are still yet to be explored!
