Great seed that spawns you directly in front of a jungle temple. If you dig straight down from spawn point it drops you into a large abandonded mineshaft with lots of exposed minerals. Gold, Iron, etc... There are also LOTS of ravines around that lead to some cool places. Including another mineshaft not to far from spawn
