This is a village, in it, is a forge house, and forge house's always have a chest, but as i heard, they update/change items.
And by that, I mean by like, whenever you enter the seed and don't see the items you saw there earlier when you entered the seed, and it's something different, that would be what i call a "chest updater".

Now, this is the chest, when I was uploading this seed, I found iron leggings, an iron helmet, an apple, and one bread. If that isn't in the chest, then it means it had a "chest update".
