Great Survival starting seed! You spawn on a Beach fairly close to a Village with a few trees around. There is also an Extreme Hills Biome a couple hundred blocks away.

A large Mesa Biome is to the South across an Ocean, but it is also reachable from land by walking East and then South. The Mesa also includes a Stronghold.
