This entire village generated on a small island!

Just keep heading south-west of where you spawn to reach this village. It's a bit far (approx. 110 blocks) but the trees on the spawn point should be enough for some boats.

Sadly, no blacksmith. However you do get a ridiculous village and a very good survival island seed!
