Javster*sigh* I don't think you understand seeds. If I were to put this seed in, I would get the world that you saw before building. Just after you spawned. Builds are NOT created with seeds. Check the MC wiki.

Seeds don't save buidlings. When you load a seed, it tells the game how to load the world's natural terrain and structures. If you build something, it is recorded in the world, not in the seed.

WhatSeedguys maybe you typed the seed wrong or/and you forgot to set to Flat World instead of default or large biomes
