The starting biome: Ice Plains. Pretty plain with snow, a small hill and a tree or two. Although, that said, it kind of snakes around if you walk North a bit.

Welcome to the South-Western Mesa. Pretty mesa-y, flat, semi-high hills. A bit average. Still, a mesa, so plenty of glass 'n' clay!
X: 373 / Y: 63 / Z: -349
Northern Mesa: Now THATS better! Very sharp hills and even some submerged islands! The Ice Plains and the worlds smallest desert that borders the two biomes stands in the top left.

South-Western Mesa: Very sandy area to the bottom left, which looks more like a red desert than a mesa! Foresty hills in the back atop mesa mountains.
