Also, there is a frozen lake nearby which only consists of ice blocks in some areas, so you can dig the sand away and live under it.

Deinna222I ended up beside a skeleton spawner. 0.0 where's the spiders???!!! Anyways nice spawn :)
adminTry it several times, and you will see that the spawner type is random.
