This seed creates a world of islands with two ocean monument not far from spawn. Its spawns you in a dual survival island system. One island contains the trees you need while the other has multiple openings into a cave system with iron and coal. Just east of spawn is an ocean monument to explore. Past the monument a bit further are is another system of islands comprised of many small islands right by another ocean monument. Also, if you want to leave the islands, the mainland is located a short distance south of spawn.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure this seed works for 1.8 and 1.9 in addition to 1.10.
If you turn 'large biomes' on, the island to the south of spawn covers a fair amount of an expanded map. Making it both fun for island players and players who want decent amounts of room for large builds.
