This seed has really nice features.

Three (3) desert temples within 1000 blocks of X0, Z0. A village within 500 blocks of X0, Z0. And some really nice overhangs that look like they'd be rich for cool builds.

This temple features some rich items:

1 Enchanted Golden Apple, 1 Fortune III enchanted book, 1 Knockback I enchanted book, 1 Unbreaking I enchanted book, and 7 gold ingots and 1 gold horse armor.

This hidden beauty (desert temple) also features some rich items:

This village doesn't offer much, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have any use. It features one chest, containing a few pieces of bread, wheat and cactus. It also features a few haybales which can provide you even more food. The small farm patch has a melon seed in it, as well as a composter.

This village does have a cartography table, and a smoker.

X: -413 / Y: 79 / Z: -207

This area is what I had in mind for what could be a really nice place to build something. Perhaps a fortress.

On the other side of the overhand (towards the desert), the area features some more nice looking terrain generation which might also look good in some builds.
