This seed has 3 landmarks right off the bat at spawn, which i will give all coordinates for, of course, the main thing about this map, is the gigantic mushroom biome. The other landmarks nearby are the Ravine and the small Village, sadly the village doesn't have any treasure, but at least you don't have to build a house.
