This world is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful, and has oppurtunity whether playing survival or creative! You spawn right next to a vast ocean with small islands just off the coast, and turn around to a snow-filled world. Trees aren't common, but aren't hard to find either. There are plenty of caves joining together to be able to find what you need - including diamond...if you can get to it!

This is a small-ish cave, with basic coal and iron. It joins on to other caves and would be a good cave to start with.

This island is my favourite. It has more sheep, chickens and even some cows! There is a huge ravine and plenty of impressive hills.
