On the island, there is a lone tree on a small piece of land offshore. If you go in that direction, you will reach another jungle, on the outskirts of that jungle there is a desert temple.

The spawn point is not at all far from the end portal, near off the shore of the second jungle area, if you use your ender pearls, you can easily find the location of the end portal.
The coordinates put you facing the lava pit at the top of the stairs in front of the portal.
