I found a temple (mostly buried) at that location but no village. Nice location and a formidable excavation. The temple is right on the water.
you have to activate World type : Large bioms (sorry I forgot that)^^

Yep, that fixed it. Set to Large Biomes and entered your seed number and found the Temple AND the village. Thank you.
Another thing to note: I exploded the TNT under the temple and found a cavern and an abandoned mine. BONUS POINTS!!!
