-An underwater temple or something of that sort
-Use creative mode and drink a potion of night vision to see it better
-It's very close to spawn area, drink and you will see it out in the sea
-Use glowstones (or sea lanterns) to light the inside of the place up
-Use sponges to absorb water in the rooms of the temple
-I didn't find any treasure or anything besides swimming creatures that looked like silverfish (as well as 2 or 3 huge boss ones in some rooms)

SilverGrizzly7Just FYI, but yeah in the new 1.8 update underwater temples spawn now and the swimming thingumajigs are called guardians. The BIG ones are called elder guardians. And, there IS treasure. If you dig at where I THINK is the back of the temple, you'll find 8 gold blocks (not in a chest, but placed down). The place where they are hidden is behind some different-textured temple blocks, and there should be some room around there. It is in the middle of the room.

SilverGrizzly7Yup. I was right. You'll find the treasure at the back of the temple. Just for THIS seed anyways, the exact coordinates of the gold blocks is: X: 217 / Y:43 / Z: 180
