In order to get to the dungeons just spawn, turn around and go to the jungle dungeon and make a mine shaft staircase under the dungeon staircase and eventually you will hit a cave system if you make a neather portal on the far wall of the cave opposite of the staircase and go through and travel up and you will hit a neather fortress for the mineshaft and dungeon explore the cave system. wouldnt want to spoil everything! enjoy!
